Welcome to my website. My name is Lesley Urbach, and I am the Director of Career Paths Ltd.

I offer individual Careers Guidance interviews and Psychometric Testing to help you to choose the career path that will best suit your talents and personality, with my main focus on providing The Morrisby Profile.

Are you you being made redundant from your present job, or looking to change jobs? Maybe you are you returning to work after a career break? If so, then I can help you choose the right career or course.

I have over 30 years professional experience working with colleges and local authorities, advising people of all ages with careers guidance and courses in the North West London & Finchley area.


My Services


I specialise in running psychometric testing using the following:

  • The Morrisby Profile.
  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
  • The 16PF5 Questionnaire.

    I work mainly in the North West London and Finchley area. Interviews will take place in North London near to Finchley Central.


    My Aim


    • To offer impartial and confidential one-to-one careers guidance and interviews to people aged over 16, including psychometric testing and personality assessment on request.

    • To maintain 95% satisfaction rate of individual clients.
