NVQs in Advice and Guidance?



NVQ #01 NVQ CENTRE

Career Paths Ltd offers bespoke training and support for individuals hoping to obtain an NVQ in Advice and Guidance at levels 2, 3 & 4, or an NVQ 4 in Careers Education and Guidance.

An NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) is a qualification which demonstrates a person’s competence in a work situation and shows that they have the skills, knowledge and understanding that employers require.

Career Paths Ltd will:
  • Register you with the NVQ awarding body
  • Help you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge, through workshops and one-to-one tuition
  • Allocate you an Assessor, who will assess your skills and knowledge in the workplace
  • Help you to compile your portfolio of evidence
  • Submit your portfolio to the awarding body, once we judge that it meets the requirements of the NVQ.
Career Paths Ltd offers you:
  • A comprehensive induction to the NVQ programme
  • A minimum of 15 contact hours with an Assessor
  • 7 workshops that will cover what you need to know for the NVQ,
  • Help you complete your portfolio and develop your interviewing skills.
